At Foundation First Physical Therapy, we help parents feel strong, confident, and supported through two core services: pediatric physical therapy for your child, and personalized caregiver coaching for you.
Pediatric Physical Therapy
Our therapy is play-based, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming — meaning we follow your child's interests, honor their neurology, and build goals around what matters most to your family. We come to you, working in your home so that skills develop in the environment where your child actually lives. And because we believe the caregiver is part of the equation, our PT model includes coaching woven in. You won't just watch from the sidelines. You'll understand what we're doing, why we're doing it, and how to carry it into the rest of your week.
Caregiver Coaching
Because someone needs to be asking how YOU are doing. Whether you need help building sustainable care systems, reducing physical strain, navigating services, or just getting everything out of your head and into a plan that actually works, this is where we start. Support is available in-home in the Chelmsford, MA area and virtually nationwide.
